We are seeking an experienced senior mechanical engineer to provide technical leadership and expertise in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and components. Lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the innovation and continuous improvement of engineering processes; this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Competence
Be orderly, organized, results-oriented, quickly responsive, and able to coordinate work.
Must handle advanced technology tools (spreadsheets, worksheets, etc.).
Be competent, based on appropriate education, training, or experience in overall performance.
- Strong technical expertise in mechanical design, analysis, and simulation, with proficiency in CAD software and engineering analysis tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications/Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering/electro-mechanics or similar.
- Extensive experience in mechanical engineering, custom machinery design, or a related field, with a track record of successful project leadership.
- Professional certification (e.g., Professional Engineer license) preferred.
Location
This position is based in Alpharetta, GA, USA, with travel throughout the North American region as required.
