What you'll do:

As the M365 Digital Productivity Platform Engineer, you'll oversee the strategic planning, execution, and reporting of various change initiatives in support of the Digital Productivity Center of Excellence strategic objectives. Within this customer-oriented IT organization, you'll develop a deep understanding of our customers, our technology, and the culture in which we operate.
This position is onsite only (4 days onsite and 1 remote day) located in either of the following locations: Phoenix, AZ / Dallas/Irving, TX / Columbus, OH.

What we are looking for:

  • Foster relationships and communicate effectively across a wide variety of stakeholders, from bank executives to internal service providers to 3rd-party vendors.
  • Train citizen developers on how to best use the M635 Power Platform.
  • Drive innovation and keep up with current trends such as Co-Pilot and other technology impacting our program.
  • Advise of best in class usage of the M365 Productivity and Collaboration tools that we are responsible for such as PowerApps / Automate, SharePoint, Teams, One Drive and Yammer.
  • Quantify and measure project costs and benefits.
  • Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and provide a weekly aggregate status across each.
  • Collaborate with different technology towers to achieve common goals.
  • Be a key leader in the bank's Intelligent Automation, low code, digital transformation, and citizen development initiatives, as well as an advocate and evangelist of the bank's AI strategy
  • Harvest the best value opportunities to streamline, improve or automate which provides the greatest returns for the bank.
  • Support a community of citizen developers and professional development teams acting as a catalyst for change within the Bank.
  • Be an expert for our Microsoft M365 Power Platform implementation and guiding bank-wide initiatives leveraging the environment.
  • Be an agent of change in our fast-moving organization, you'll be responsible for the realization of intended benefits of various projects within the Intelligent Automation program.

What you need to have:

  • Extensive understanding of Intelligent Automation concepts including Robotics Process Automation (RPA), Intelligent workflow and Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence (ML/AI).
  • Deep working experience with Microsoft Power Platform and leading efforts to utilize low-code platforms to achieve business results.
  • Extensive and recent experience and In-depth knowledge of end-to-end development practices (SDLC) including risk, controls, audit, legal, and compliance controls.
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure.
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Automate/Apps, PowerBI, and related technologies.
  • Microsoft Co-Pilot, OpenAI and/or other Gen AI technologies is a plus.
  • Jira, Azure DevOps and/or Confluence is a plus.
  • Proven Development Leader with ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Self-starting "intrapreneur" with a growth mindset.

  • Technically sound yet customer-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
