Brad Foote Gearing, a division of Broadwind, is seeking an CNC Milling Machinist to join our team in Cicero, IL. This is a second shift position, Monday - Friday, with overtime as necessary. Position Requirements/Functions Perform setups (indicating, blocking, aligning stock distribution)Provide necessary hand tools and measuring instruments and uses company-provided gaugingPerform milling and boring operations on a diversity of components such as grooving, planning, and shaping metal objects on a variety of milling machines to close tolerancesWork from blueprints, sketches, route sheets and verbal instructionsCheck the route sheet and blueprint for the operation and instructionsProgram a machine, experience with various controls preferred, Mazak controlInstall the part into the machine and true up to within T.I.R. requirementsMill per the shop order and the blueprintCheck dimensions with the proper measuring instrumentsAll other duties as assigned
