Job Description

Position: Software Developer
Contract Duration: 6-12 Month contract
City: San Ramon, CA
Interview Type: Telephonic/Skype

Job Requirements & Education:

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise web content management
• Experience developing and architecting the HP Autonomy Teamsite, Livesite, and IDOL search products
• Experience with TeamSite, LiveSite and OpenDeploy version 8.0 and above.
• Web: CSS3, HTML5, DHTML, XSL, AJAX, JQuery, JavaScript
• Tools: Rational Clearcase, Webstorm/Eclipse/IntelliJ/Netbeans; OS: Windows
• Knowledge of best practices for configuring the product, sizing/optimizing underlying infrastructure to meet capacity/scalability needs
• Knowledge of/previous experience in web design, web content management, publishing processes/workflows, and development best practices and standards
• Additional plus would be someone with experience implementing Autonomy cloud solutions, or with any experience with any cloud technologies
• Effectively communicate, design, plan and implement capabilities that provide value to customers
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Experience with Apache web servers and Oracle database
• Project management experience
• Performance tuning, systems management, backup/recovery/DR scenarios
• Leadership skills
• Ability to multi-task and be an excellent team member with strong interpersonal and communication skills
