Job Description: The DOJ's National Security Division is looking for a CRM Developer specializing in Salesforce to support its case/matter management platform.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and modify ServiceNow platform capabilities
2. Develop and maintain Salesforce as a case/matter management platform
3. Integrate with mission partner data repositories

Requirements:

1. 10+ years of experience with CRM systems development
2. Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, support, and maintenance
3. Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, support, and maintenance
4. Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred
5. Active Top Secret clearance
