Kieffer at (MAILTO:// )SUMMARY OF POSITION:Directly supervises a team of BMET Technicians and/or Imaging Engineers. Assigns work, sets work priorities, monitors completion, and holds others accountable to department standards and expectations. Resolves customer service issues and supports departmental leadership. Capable of educating others including clinical staff on medical equipment. Fully experienced with an exceptional skill set or knowledge, works with minimal supervision; capable of serving as a trainer, mentor to junior and mid-level staff. May lead projects and monitors work performance of others. Participates in hiring activities and completion of annual performance reviews. Can work independently without daily management oversight and manage their workload and workload of others independently.ESSENTIAL DUTIES: The percentage of time spent performing essential functions is 95%.
