Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Aruba Network Engineer to join our team, as we transition from Extreme to Aruba networks company-wide. Reporting to the IT Director, the successful candidate will be tasked with leading and overseeing the company's network and telecom services team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee the smooth operation of thousands of devices across multiple locations
• Design, implement, and maintain wireless network infrastructure
• Provide expert knowledge and guidance on Aruba wireless systems and Cisco switching within a networking environment
• Create and manage SSIDs as needed for network operations
• Implement and manage Clearpass policies for network security
• Load and manage IOS systems within key Cisco hardware
• Configure, implement, and manage VLANs across all applicable networks

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Aruba wireless systems and Cisco switching is a must.
• Must be proficient with Clearpass and understand its application for network security.
• Hands-on experience in setting up SSIDs, managing Clearpass policies, loading IOS in Cisco, and configuring VLANs.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide and support team members.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work effectively across multiple locations.
