Senior Product Designer

Agility Partners is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill a Senior Product Designer position with a Fortune 500 client in the food services industry. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare by designing innovative products that improve patient and provider experiences. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, iterate quickly on ideas, and help deliver solutions that impact millions daily.

In this role you will:

• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to create exceptional user experiences
• Visualize concepts using sketches and wireframes to drive discussions and decision-making
• Immerse in real-world healthcare operations to gain insights for effective design solutions
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user studies

The Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of product design experience
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools for creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Experience working on enterprise products and UX patterns
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to various stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills in collaboration with product managers
• Knowledge in building reusable design systems and style guides
