SMT Process Engineer

Seeking an SMT Engineer to join our growing team. This position is onsite and in Arlington, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, implement, and oversee SMT processes and operating systems.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on SMT equipment.
• Track and enhance manufacturing process efficiency, output, and safety.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Participate in company training sessions focused on skill and employee development.
• Maintain a clean work area and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SMT processes and equipment.
• Proficiency in programming, setting up, and loading circuit boards onto machines.
