The SAP Next Talent (SNT) Technical Early Talent Rotation Program will launch your career by diving into the vast, innovative world of SAP. SNT brings out your best by working on different technologies, developing new skills and connections, and making an impact by contributing to SAP’s goal of being the #1 Enterprise application and Business AI company.

  2. Rotate every 6 months across a vast-array of teams to experience different technology stacks, products, and industries while refining your knowledge and understanding of the business.

With this program, you will be better equipped to find teams within SAP that best align with your passions and career goals. As an SNTer, you will be eligible to permanently join a dedicated team after or during any of the three 6-month rotations.

The goal for the SAP Next Talent program is to fill naturally occurring backfill or new roles in the company with SAP Next Talent participants.

Who you are:

We are looking for early talent who have solid technical fundamentals, are knowledgeable about GenAI, who are fueled by curiosity and thrive on self-improvement.

Our required qualifications for this recruitment cycle includes:

  1. Graduating from a degree or certification program in 2025 and ability to start in July 2025 .
  2. Education or relevant practical experience in Software Engineering/Development .
  3. No requirement for U.S. work authorization sponsorship.
  4. Ability to work out of Palo Alto and/or San Ramon, CA offices at least 3 days/week.
  5. Currently studying or residing in the United States.
  6. Fluent in English: written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred qualifications:

  1. Prior SAP experience.
  2. Foundational knowledge and/or hands-on experience with GenAI languages, frameworks, and skills.
  3. Involvement and/or leadership in associations or student organizations.
  4. Full Stack Software Engineering.
  5. Experience working with APIs, node.js, data structures, Git/GitHub, and JIRA.
  6. Hands-on experience in designing, testing, and implementing solutions.
  7. Foundational knowledge in LLMs, machine learning algorithms, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
  8. Experience with Spring Boot, Docker, Linux, and Go is a plus.

Compensation Range Transparency: The targeted range for this position is 101300 - 172200 (USD). The actual amount to be offered will be within that range, dependent upon education, skills, experience, and other factors.
