Description

The Senior Quality Process Engineer (Plastics) Will:

  • Provide quality support to operations, identifying areas for improvement and leading quality projects.
  • Analyze data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support new product development by implementing necessary quality improvements.
  • Serve as the Process Owner for the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015).
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Manage non-conforming materials and oversee the customer complaint process.
  • Conduct audits of the Quality Management System.

Profile

Our Ideal Senior Quality Process Engineer (Plastics) Candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • Technical background preferred.
  • 8+ years of quality experience required.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems required; additional system experience a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact across all levels of the organization.
  • Local to Bedford, NH
