User Experience Designer

iR has partnered with a local Start up Company who is looking to hire a talented UX Designer to join their team.

You will collaborate closely with the CEO, product manager, and development team to create and enhance user experiences for both customers and companies.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete user experience, look, and feel of our clients products, supporting not just core product design but also marketing and other key company initiatives.

• Design engaging web pages and experiences that captivate users while meeting business goals.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and assess user requirements.
• Create wireframes and pixel-perfect high-fidelity designs, ensuring a balance between UX, SEO, CRO, and overall business objectives.
• Conceptualize design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Design intuitive user interface elements like menus, tabs, and widgets.
• Develop detailed UI mockups and prototypes that clearly communicate site functionality and aesthetics.
• Identify and resolve UX challenges to enhance user interaction.
• Actively engage with users through direct feedback, surveys, and research to understand their needs and suggest future enhancements.

What you need to be Successful in this role:

• 2-5 years of design experience.
• Experience in consumer marketplaces, e-commerce, or transaction-based web applications.
• Experience working with B2C and B2B.
• Previous experience in an early-stage startup environment.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments with varied responsibilities.
• Proficient with design tools like Figma.
• Clear verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical teams.
• Data-driven approach to design with a preference for experimentation.
• Passion for Web Usability, User-Centered Design, and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Adaptable and efficient in shipping good solutions quickly in a startup environment.
