Job Description Sales Administration Support to PMT Business Unit and PMT Sales
Job Responsibilities:
Essential Job Functions:
Sales:
- Support sales team with administrative/tactical activities such as: Assist with
- Customer Credit Application documentation processing
- Processing return requests
- Expedite open customer orders
- Quote/ order entry as needed
- Assist with project preparation and summaries
- Maintain Project Logs
- Customer qualification through Web search
- Fulfill literature requests
- Assist with Marketing Campaigns / E-Blasts
- SBU Sales administration support functions as needed.
Administrative:
- Assist the Executive Management team in preparation of presentations and reports.
- Provide support to Executive VP/GM with arrangements for business travel
- Assist with creation reports and analysis in Excel
- Manage incoming and outgoing departmental communications as needed.
- Various administrative duties as needed to support PMT global sales
- Assist with regional expense report processing in Chrome River
Marketing:
- Various Marketing functions in support of PMT global sales and marketing as required.
- i.e. sales collateral, website copy, mass email campaigns, etc. to communicate the benefits of our products, build brand recognition, generate and nurture leads
- Create and use customer list segments for tailored messaging (including e-mail campaigns) to support a global customer base.
- Analyze marketing data (campaign results, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Working Environment: Office
Qualification Requirements: Associates degree or higher in Business or related major. Excellent verbal and written communications skills are required. You must be PC literate, proficient with Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint, have previous administrative/clerical experience, and knowledge of general office equipment. Experience supporting a sales organization is a plus. Excellent written communication (email newsletters, social media calendars, blog articles, web copy, etc.). Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and superior time management skills.
