Key Job Responsibilities
- Leverage, develop, and implement cutting-edge algorithms and techniques to automate and optimize network operations.
- Design, test, and deploy scalable software systems that leverage Generative AI techniques to enhance network performance and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to a culture of excellence in software engineering practices.
- Proactively identify and address technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and drive resolution to ensure smooth operation of Generative AI software solutions.
- Contribute to improving our documentation, processes, and tools to enhance team performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience (non-internship) in professional software development.
- Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and existing systems.
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design.
- Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers.
- Experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
