Field Engineer - RSA III

Preparing instruments and equipment for seismic station deployment and maintenance field trips.Repairing failed equipment for characterizing failures for return to manufacturer.Documenting field activities, such as failures found, method of repair and instruments replaced and deployed.Deployment and maintenance of seismic stations andscouting new sites for station deployment. This involves erecting solar panels, deploying power system and instrument in electronics cabinets and deploying sensors in the ground.Monitoring and maintaining supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.
