Senior Network Engineer

Monday – Friday 8am-5pm

On Site location: St. Charles, MO

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the installation, configuration and support of LAN/WAN infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve LAN/WAN issues.
• Responsible for the installation and support of telecommunications hardware and software.
• Recommend appropriate LAN/WAN hardware and software.
• Maintain disaster recovery operations and data backups.
• Develop documentation for LAN/WAN topology, specs and configurations.
• Optimize LAN/WAN performance and reliability to meet business requirements and industry standards.
• Implement effective security measures to protect company data and LAN/WAN infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least a 4-years college degree in Information technology or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in the design and implementation of LAN/WAN infrastructure.
• Must be able to work 100% on-site at the Corporate Office
• Strong knowledge of Cisco LAN/WAN products and protocols including Meraki firewalls and switches.
• Solid experience in LAN/WAN security, diagnostics and performance.
• Some travel maybe required outside of the US (less than 10%)
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Solid customer service orientation.
