JOB SUMMARY
Under the guidance of the Engineering Lead, the Testing Engineer would maintain and operation of manual/automated test solutions for PCBA’s and Controllers, as well to testing & measuring equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Understand product specifications and experience in testing equipment's troubleshooting in ICT, functional testers, measurement equipment’s like, Hi-pot tester, Inductance tester, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, power meter, impedance tester and reliability chambers.
• To ensure that PM activities are carried out as per scheduled and executed effectively.
• To ensure Gage R&R and calibration of test equipment's.
• Device and test software and hardware troubleshooting.
• To train the Technicians & Shift Coordinators and ensure their skill levels are updated.
• Spares maintenance - effective utilization of SAP for spares maintenance and availability of spare parts.
• Continues Improvement activities in the production line based on Kaizen inputs.
• Others Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Must have a minimum of an Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in electronics and or Engineering preferred.
• At least 4 Years’ Experience in PCBA Testing.
• Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of component identification.
• Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment.
• Ability to read and speak English fluently.
