Software Developer – .NET

Responsibilities:

• Coding, testing, and debugging programs according to computer engineering specifications.
• Modifying, expanding, and updating applications.
• Communicating with a team that includes analysts, engineers, and quality assurance testers in order to coordinate and document application development and testing.
• Developing software prototypes.

Skills Required:

• At least 6 years of experience in .Net development.
• Proficient in .NET Core, ASP.NET Core MVC, C#, Web API, SQL, T-SQL, OOP, and Custom Windows Services.
• Experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, Angular, Alteryx, RabbitMQ, and Design Patterns.
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn and take up new tasks.
• Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing.
• Advanced professional with the ability to apply concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Works with minimal direction and is able to lead and train others.
• High level of expertise in the required skill set.
• For emerging skill sets, years of experience may matter less than depth of knowledge and expertise, but traditionally may require 5-10 years of experience.

Education: A university degree is preferred.
