What You'll Do
- Design new tools to monitor and intelligent alerts that help discover failures/issues in a timely fashion and work with engineers to identify the root causes and fix problems.
- ServiceNow or similar ITSM Service Management tools.
- They will work in an e-commerce retail environment.
- Work with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, and Puppet.
What You Know
- 10 years of experience as an SRE engineer with a great track record, fast learner, and proven performer in all previous assignments.
- 4+ years of Lead experience.
- Experience in Grafana, AKS, General App Support in production environment.
- Experience on No SQL, Kafka and familiarity of the micro-service architecture.
- Strong experience with GCP with an Azure background.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies.
Education
- 4-year degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, or related functional field).

Compensation Band
- $140-150k per year.
