Pay Rate starting at $15/hour

Our staffing agency is continuously seeking detail-oriented Data Entry Clerks for ongoing contractual positions with our clients. If you're accurate, efficient, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input, update, and maintain data across various databases and systems with precision.
  • Verify data for accuracy and correct discrepancies as needed.
  • Handle large volumes of data while meeting deadlines and performance goals.
  • Collaborate with team members and managers to ensure accurate data reporting.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all data handled.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing and organizing records.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
