Coordinates effort with data from CMM reports.Prove out new CNC programs during New Product Introduction.Team with Engineering to develop class leading manufacturing processes.Implement New Technologies for our machining processes and work-holding solutions.Knowledge of materials and cutting conditions.Participates in daily GEMBA and Kaizen events.Adheres to required safety and housekeeping standards and practicesHelps schedule resources in areas to ensure daily work is achievedMaintain highly efficient work process using Lean principles to support cost reduction activityResponsible for operating various CNC machines and equipmentPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThe physical requirements of this position are listed below.This list is not all inclusive and may be amended by Northstar, from time to time.
