THE MISSION
The Clients team is seeking a Senior Full Stack Unity Engineer to join our ranks. You will be an integral part of a small team on a mission to create new capabilities that will empower our partner games teams to take things to the next level. You will provide perspective from your past experience to implement creative solutions to complex problems across a myriad of technologies and services. In this role you will have the opportunity to shape liveops, build systems, and other large shared game-centric systems that will set us apart as a world-class publisher. You must have a keen technical mind, a passion for system design and architecture, and have a forward-thinking approach. In this position, you will have a large impact on our technical capabilities, working to support a large network of enthusiastic and motivated developer partners around the world.

THIS INCLUDES…
  1. Design and implement shared systems that live in and are built on top of Unity
  2. Research, design and prototype solutions to complex business problems
  3. Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure integrity of end-to-end functionality

REQUIRED ABILITIES, ACHIEVEMENTS, AND XP
  1. B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  2. 8+ years professional experience in software development
  3. 5+ years professional experience in Unity
  4. Mobile experience, having launched at least a title
  5. Proficiency in developing object-oriented software, with deep experience in one or more relevant languages (Java, C++, or C#)
  6. Be self-motivated and results-oriented
  7. Excellent problem-solving, debugging and troubleshooting skills
  8. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  9. Experience creating complex game systems
  10. Experience estimating effort and establishing timelines for projects as well as communicating associated risk

Bonus:
  1. Experience with integrating with third-party services
  2. Experience creating and interfacing shared services
