Project Engineering Manager

We’re looking for a Project Engineering Manager to join the team.

In this role, you will be involved in project management for IP digital implementation projects.

Key Qualifications

1. MSEE/BSEE or MSCE/BSCE with 7+ years specialization in Micro-electronics (or equivalent) talent.
2. Former ASIC physical design, customer facing and/or project management experience is a plus.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to think and organize the communication at different levels of abstraction, good organizational skills.
4. Good knowledge of industry standard data file formats including Verilog, GDS, LEF, DEF, SDF, LIB, UPF, CPM, CMM.
5. Familiarity with Unix, Perforce, and Excel.

Job Responsibilities

1. Understand and articulate project requirements on digital implementation covering RTL to GDS.
2. Communicate project scope to functional managers and design leads, create project kick-off documentation.
3. Negotiate and settle deliverables and dates for inter-team hand-offs with product manager and/or cross-functional teams.
4. Establish schedule with milestones, convene weekly sync-up meetings with product manager and/or cross-functional teams to track inter-team hand-offs schedule and issues, follow up with the product manager and/or responsible team until closure, ensure release on time with quality.
5. Be the point of contact for issues reported from the field.
6. Occasionally interface with customers for the Digital Implementation domain.

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $111,000.00-$194,000.00. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
