Location: Portland, Oregon

Salary: $90,000- $115,000 + Bonus(s)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project success
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and progress reports
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Experience Needed:

• 2+ years of experience in construction project engineering or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
• Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and building codes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant engineering software
