Engineering Manager - Up to 12M/AI and Data

Our client is a leading BtoB sales intelligence platform. They utilize artificial intelligence to automatically implement sales and marketing approaches tailored to potential customers actively seeking solutions. They have about 150 employees and are looking to hire 70 engineers for this year. They are rapidly growing in their Japan office, and their product has proven to be very effective, currently used by over 230+ companies, including big names such as NTT, GMO EN, Recruit, and DMM.

Recently, the size of data has become larger, and the data engineering team conducts analysis by building data platforms and introducing distributed systems, providing an environment where you can get involved in data analytics and science fields if you wish. In particular, they are putting a lot of effort into the use of LLM, and there are also projects to verify how LLM can be used to process difficult unstructured data.

Position: Engineering Manager for the AI and Data Team

They are actively looking for an Engineering Manager to join the team. The salary for this role is up to 12M, depending on experience and skills.

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience in building applications for data access or datalake databases.
2. Strong experience operating in Data Engineering, Data Science, or Data Analysis fields.
3. 2+ years of experience in engineering team management.
4. Familiarity with developing and optimizing applications that access data on a regular basis.
5. Work experience with Python, MySQL, MongoDB.
6. Business level English and Japanese.
