Salary Range: $130,000 – $160,000

They are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join their Boston-based team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in large utility-scale solar projects and must be proficient in PVSyst. This role requires working closely with 3rd party engineers of record (EORs), EPC contractors, developers, and utilities to ensure successful project execution. A solid understanding of project management and engineering principles is essential, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate should have the following:
- At least 2 years of experience working on utility-scale solar projects
- Proficiency in PVSyst for energy modeling, simulation, and optimization of solar arrays
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar engineering software tools
- Experience coordinating with 3rd party EORs, EPC contractors, developers, and utilities to resolve design and construction issues
- Familiarity with grid integration, regulatory requirements, and utility interconnection standards
- Competency in power system studies, load flow analysis, and fault current calculations
- Strong project management skills with an ability to oversee schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Engineering degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
