Electronics Tester
Job Purpose:
Electronic Tester: Performs routine go/no-go tests of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies. Sets up test devices using hand tools or automatic test methods. Documents test results. May perform simple repairs and/or component removal or replacement. May maintain logs and records indicating malfunctions.
Nature of Duties :
- Retrieve information needed to test boards and set up test stations.
- Test production boards and electronic assemblies for conformance utilizing test equipment.
- Process paperwork to accurately record test data.
- Isolate manufacturing defects and may be required to perform rework as needed.
- Must be available to overtime as needed and have a strong attention to detail.
Experience and Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of related experience
