Job Title: IT - Technology Engineer
Location: Dallas TX & Phoenix AZ (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 months contract
Pay Rate: $55.00 - $60.00/hr. on W2 without benefits
Job description:
- Aligns business strategy with software solutions.
- Proposes, designs & codes software solutions to address complex business needs. Oversees technical and procedural documentation required.
- Leads complex problem solving.
- Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues and solution development.
- Displays an innovative approach to apply modern principles, methodologies, and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Defines design patterns for enterprise ITSM Asset Management tool (ServiceNow).
- Develops and monitors asset management functions in ServiceNow for hardware and software.
- Ensures infrastructure designs and upgrades are made in accordance with established ITIL standards
- Identifies and establishes best practices for ITSM Asset Management
Top Must-Have Skills / Candidate Requirements:
- ServiceNow IT Asset Management development experience
- Hardware asset management (HAM)/Software Asset Management (SAM) Pro module configuration and development experience very familiar with Flow Designer, building catalog forms, CSDM experience, service level management, service portfolio management, Employee Center Pro
