Position Summary: Under general supervision performs a variety of repetitive machine and manual operations in the areas of electrical test verification and related circuit rework to ensure quality of circuit patterns on panels. Follows the day-to-day schedule and operations of the Electrical Test Department. Operates the various test equipment and software required for electrical test. Receives and moves jobs through the Test Department. May perform manual operations including precision circuit rework.
Qualifications: Preferred minimum of three (3) years' experience in the printed circuit industry and an ability to perform each essential duty satisfactory. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. This role is 2nd shift (3:30p - 11:30p).
Required Skills:
General Ability to:
  • Speak, read and write English fluently.
  • Comprehend industry standards, customer specifications, designated reference materials and their appropriate application.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Work under pressure with time constraints.
  • Operate company designated electrical test equipment, software and database.
  • Perform general math calculations.
  • Effectively follow company systems and procedures.
Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred minimum three (3) years' experience in the printed circuit industry.
  • Understanding of industry standards and appropriate application.
  • Must be able to cooperate and communicate effectively with management/supervisory staff.
  • Ability to effectively follow company systems and procedures.
  • Must be able to work with little supervision.
Responsibilities:
  • Comply with company systems, policies, and applicable procedures.
  • Follow the day-to-day schedule and operations of the Electrical Test Department.
  • Operate Test Equipment and Software.
  • Upon completion of jobs, provide necessary documents described in the test procedures and sign off the traveler.
  • Move jobs through the Test Department.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.

Pay Range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00 hour based on experience.
