Director Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning & Physician/APP Recruitment

Oversees workforce planning and talent acquisition services for all entities in the system. Works collaboratively with the Adena Health System Chief Human Resources Officer to ensure regional services are delivered in a consistent and efficient manner. Translates business needs into talent acquisition strategies. Partners with all HR leadership to recommend and seek opportunities for integration, leveraging of resources and continuous process improvement to support current and long-term business objectives. Marshals resources toward successful sourcing, branding and attraction, recruiting, screening and selection, hiring, and onboarding of high quality, diverse talent. Integrates Talent Acquisition professionals, system leaders, external resources and vendors, enabling platforms, and organizational design to achieve results. Identifies talent acquisition related opportunities, risks to the organization, and modifies strategy and procedures accordingly.

Required Educational Degree: Bachelor's Degree

Major/Area of Concentration: Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/ Organizational Psychology or related field

Preferred Education: Human Resources of Business Management

Preferred Certification: AAPPR member/certification

Required Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years experience in talent acquisition, at least 3-5 years of physician and APP recruitment experience, with a proven record of successful development and execution of talent operations.

Please note: this not a hybrid position. The successful candidate will work onsite at Adena Regional Medical Center.
