Job Description

We're currently looking for an experienced RF Engineering Manager to lead the Sensors RF team. The successful candidate will bring leadership in RF Systems Design and oversee a team working on multiple sensor technology projects. This role requires strong organizational and technical skills, along with the ability to guide engineers through complex and challenging projects.
Responsibilities :

• Lead development activities for multiple high-complexity projects utilizing wireless radio communications technologies, from ideation to production release.
• Oversee simulation, testing, and evaluation of prototype communication systems for sensor applications in both lab and field conditions.
• Establish customer requirements and identify solutions, creating technical specifications, cost-effective designs, and test plans that incorporate design for testability and manufacturability.
• Guide engineers and technicians in the design, build, and test phases of RF projects for existing and new sensor applications.
• Collaborate with technical and project staff across multiple projects.
• Provide strategic guidance on customer interactions and technical decisions.
• Manage spending, staffing, contract schedules, subcontracts, material purchases, and project deliverables.
• Offer feedback on architectural trade-offs and design decisions at the component/circuit level.
• Work cross-functionally with internal and external design teams to ensure alignment on design goals.
• Generate documentation to define schedule, features, functionality, cost, quality, reliability, regulatory compliance, and industry standards.
• Some international travel may be required.
