1. 6+ years of experience with Power BI development
2. Strong understanding of database management systems and SQL queries
3. Experience with Power Query/M/DAX, SSRS, and SSIS
4. Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis
5. Experience with Microsoft Power Apps

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Knowledge of Azure synapse or Data Factory
2. Familiarity with other visualization tools like Qlik Sense and Tableau
3. Experience working in Azure cloud and programming languages like Python and Spark
4. Experience working in Agile environments using Azure boards, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
