Salary Hiring Range : $60,000-$72,000 annually (paid bi-weekly)
Career Summary : We are looking for a high-performing Technical Support Engineer that provides technical support for users of company products, including current and prospective clients, resellers, and professional product testing organizations. Researches, replicates, diagnoses, troubleshoots, and identifies solutions to resolve technical company product and system issues. Installs, configures, and fine-tunes the company's product. Provides detailed documentation of all technical issues within call tracking database. Collaborates with quality assurance and development teams on understanding of issues and steps needed to resolve them. Maintains frequent communication with customers while investigating and resolving issues.
Education : Bachelor’s Degree and five years specific IT-support experience OR five years IT-specific support and operations experience.
Work Experience :
- 3+ years implementing and supporting workstation collaboration and file sharing environments.
- 3+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Windows (ver. 10 & 11) Operating System environments.
- 2+ years direct responsibility managing Microsoft Office 365 Portal.
- 2+ years working with IT and Business stakeholders in research, planning, training, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications.
- 2+ years of experience in Active Directory administration.
Skills :
- Knowledgeable in managing a mid-large size technology portfolio.
- PowerShell scripting language
- Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, presentation, and people skills.
Work Schedule : Hybrid employees must work a minimum of 20% in the office.
