Our Opportunity
North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a Warranty Engineer to join our Manufacturing Facility based in Flora, IL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive parts manufacturing and electronics. NAL will provide relocation assistance to anyone outside of the Central/Southern Illinois area.
Your Priorities
While working within the fast paced, automotive environment, you will facilitate the activities required to resolve warranty issues from conception to completion
Assist in warranty claims investigations, root cause analyses, and implementation of countermeasures
Verify and analyze NAL warranty claims via customer warranty systems, and oversees the testing and analysis of defective products returned to NAL
Establish cross–functional teams to investigate and address warranty claims issues
Your Background
BS in Business, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related discipline plus 2 to 4 years of related engineering/manufacturing experience
Knowledge and understanding of test specifications and gages/tools
Analytical, statistical, and problem solving skills
