About Our Client

Our client is a leading OEM in the automobile space with a country-wide presence.

Job Description

1. Defining vehicle level fuel injection system requirements in terms of Functional requirements, Strategic requirements, Environmental requirements.
2. Defining interface requirements for various sensors interfaced to ECU such as Speed sensor, GPS, QSS etc.
3. Defining legal/regulation requirements.
4. Defining ECU EOL requirements.
5. FI system DFMEA/ ECU/sensors design review.
6. Electrical parts/sensor diagnosis and its calibration.
7. Designing FI system architecture.
8. FI system test and validation reports.
9. Benchmarking and Part Value optimisation.

The Successful Applicant

1. Knowledge in calibration tools like INCA, ATI etc.
2. Expert in using testing equipment's like Oscilloscope, Data logger, CANOE, CAN-analyzer etc.
3. Expert in DFMEA and also good understanding of electronic hardware design.
4. Understanding of diagnostic protocols- UDS, KWP, CCP, etc.
5. Knowledge of automotive standards like ISO 16750, 7637, AIS 137, ISO 26262, ISO 14229, ISO 15031 etc.
6. Awareness and understanding of On-board diagnostic regulations.
7. Knowledge of Different Automotive Electronics Sensor Working (Ex: HALL, Piezoelectric, Proximity, Accelerometer, NTC, LVDT etc.) type and hands-on experience for their application.
8. Unbiased and fair approach, Team player.
9. Dynamic, flexible and proactive work approach.
10. Used to work under multi-project and with time constraint.
11. Excellent communication and intercultural skills.
