The DevOps Engineer develops software by streamlining the delivery process of our medical data collection, storage and analysis processes that use vast datasets of client medical data. This role fosters collaboration with our development and operations teams to promote shared responsibility, automation, and continuous improvement. DevOps Engineer facilitates producing high-quality software with quickness and consistency. The ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve and resolve issues quickly in a fast-paced environment is essential.
This position demands a strong foundation in Java, Python, SQL, automation tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), software development life cycle, systems administration combined with an understanding of the healthcare industry's data standards and regulations.
This position is expected to successfully operate in an in-person environment, and with the appropriate support from leadership, handle multiple competing priorities to accomplish timely delivery, accurate information, good communications, and findings. A bachelor's degree in computer science, three years of proven software development with an ability to handle large-scale data systems, programming languages Java, Python and SQL, cloud platforms, systems administration, and medical data knowledge required.
