Senior Engineer I - Facilities Engineer

As a Senior Facilities Engineer (also known as Plant Engineer, Industrial Engineer), you'll lead the implementation, continuous improvement, and sustainability of reliability systems and processes within a manufacturing site. Your typical day will include developing and managing reliability programs, serving as an expert in the design and operation of industrial equipment, driving uptime using reliability tools and processes, coordinating installation, repair, and maintenance tasks, and implementing plans for continuous improvement of plant utilities and process controls.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• 2 Years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in creating preventive maintenance plans, root cause analysis, and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing).
