Candidate Requirements

  • A degree or experience in HCI, Cognitive Research, UX Design or other related field.
  • Bachelor's + 12+ years of experience is required
  • Experience or training in Design Thinking and Usability Studies a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively and succinctly
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Experience with Enterprise Software UX a plus
  • Mainframe experience a plus

Compensation And Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $126,000 - $210,000. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
