Job Summary :
We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to take charge of our website and mobile app products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough research, managing the full product lifecycle, and leading cross-functional teams to successfully launch and improve our offerings. Responsibilities :
- Requirement Research & Evaluation : Conduct in-depth research to gather and explore user needs, assess and prioritize feature requests, and create detailed product requirement documents (PRDs). Follow through with product development, launch, training, and post-launch evaluations to measure the success of each project.
- Business & Competitive Research : Lead business and competitive research to identify pain points, market direction, and competitor product strategies. Continuously improve the product by refining features and building a price management tool with full lifecycle management.
- Cross-Department Collaboration : Facilitate strong communication and coordination between teams, driving collaboration to ensure projects are completed on time. Demonstrate ownership and a goal-oriented mindset, acting as the primary force behind project execution.
- Technical Knowledge : Understand and apply basic technical concepts and development processes, including mobile, web, and embedded mini-program development and launch cycles. Collaborate effectively with the technical team to ensure successful product delivery.
Requirements :
- At least two years of relevant experience in conducting requirement research, creating PRDs, and managing the end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Proven expertise in business research and competitor analysis, with a focus on identifying pain points and competitive advantages.
- Strong cross-department communication and coordination skills, with a sense of ownership and goal-oriented thinking to lead projects to successful completion.
- Familiarity with basic technical concepts and development processes, including mobile app, web, and embedded mini-program development and launch workflows.
- Experience with product management tools such as Axure, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is required .
Bonus Skills :
- Experience in the e-commerce or collectible trading industries.
- A technical background or deeper understanding of development workflows is a plus.
