We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Engineer to join our expanding team. As a Tech Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by leveraging your technical expertise to support the sales team and engage with clients. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing technical consultations, and delivering tailored solutions that address their needs.

Responsibilities:
- Technical Consultation: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise throughout the sales process. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our solutions and highlight their value proposition.
- Solution Design: Work closely with customers to design customized solutions that meet their specific needs and objectives. Develop comprehensive proposals and technical specifications to outline the implementation process and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in prospecting, lead qualification, and opportunity identification. Provide technical support during sales meetings, customer interactions, and product evaluations to facilitate the sales process and drive successful outcomes.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights, recommendations, and best practices to maximize the value of our solutions and drive customer satisfaction.
- Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape. Provide feedback to internal teams regarding market insights, customer feedback, and product enhancement opportunities to inform strategic decision-making and product development initiatives.
