Lead Software Engineer

JSR has an immediate opening for their direct client, a Fortune 100 Financial Services company based in Newark, NJ for a Lead Full Stack Developer to work on the architecture and developer of a new platform.

We are looking for candidates with the following skils;

• Full Stack developer – Must have Front end development experience with Typescript, ReactJS, redux, CSS, CASS, SASS , Material UI and for backend, must have experience with Java,Springboot, Python, NodeJS, database knowledge- ( structure and non-structure database).
• Expert in Architecture design pattern
• Critical thinking, Well Self organized , Must have a high work ethic,be collaborative, continuous learning, and growth attitude , Humble to support team at every step of the way, opinionated while understanding other's point of view.
• Excellent Technical documentation skills
• Added value : Nice to have.
• Backstage – Spotify product knowledge
• Backstage past experience is plus.
  

• Business acumen- be able to work with business stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to explain to Technical Leadership and developer community, PO what is done, how it's done in a way that everyone can understand.
• Able to do demos across developer community.
• Follow Organization Vision and Mission
• Excellent documentation skills
• Strong agile understanding
• Hands on developer for Front end or Backend or Full stack developer.
• Solution design is at the heart.
• AWS Cloud – Must
• Code, Build and Deploy – End to end development experience.
