The senior level Data Developer will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with light supervision. Good verbal and written communication skills are required to work with both technical and non-technical associates. Position requires interaction with other developers of various levels, software architects, team leads, project managers, and end users to assist in determining the scope and technical designs of various projects. Experience with insurance industry concepts is helpful but not required.

- Complete assigned tasks independently in a timely manner using good object-oriented coding practices and standards.
- Work collaboratively with technical and business team members to develop and maintain business solutions.
- Respond to customer queries.
- Unit test code for proper functionality.
- Follow the established standards, patterns, and processes.
- Participate in team planning activities.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

- ETL Tools such as SSIS, Informatica (IICS, IDMC)
- Snowflake familiarity helpful

- Tableau Reporting familiarity helpful, but not required.
Requirements
- Solid, diverse work experience in ETL development or equivalent in education and work experience.
- Solid, diverse experience with ETL technologies such as Informatica (IICS) and SSIS.
- Sound ETL experience working with multiple source environments.
- Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server/T-SQL.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Service Development using C# and Entity Framework.
- Minimum work experience: 5-7 years.
