X-Ray Field Service Engineer
Salary $100,000-$120,000

The Role
As our client's team expands, we're looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join us. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for X-ray and other medical imaging systems at client sites. You'll install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, while also performing routine maintenance checks to ensure everything runs smoothly. Additionally, you'll collaborate with internal teams, like sales and product development, to ensure clients receive top-notch service and support.
Key Responsibilities

• Installation, servicing, and maintenance of medical imaging equipment within your assigned region
• Performing preventative maintenance and quality inspections
• Handling documentation for internal use and client reporting
• Acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues
• Upholding the company's core values in all aspects of the job
• Additional duties as required
• Reporting directly to the Area Field Service Manager

What We're Looking For
If you're someone who loves problem-solving and enjoys being the go-to expert for equipment installations, maintenance, and repairs, this role is a great fit. The Field Service Engineer needs to be adaptable, independent, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
Ideal candidates will have:

• 2+ years of experience in repairing or installing medical imaging systems (X-ray experience is highly preferred)
• Solid knowledge of imaging equipment and related systems (X-ray preferred, also CT/MR ideally)
• Proven technical skills, strong business sense, and a collaborative mindset
• A willingness to travel and work autonomously
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
