SALARY
This position has a base salary range of $128,000 - $192,000.00 USD Annual. This range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience and time in the role.

Summary
This role is responsible for managing the design, development, and deployment of software solutions. Will manage a team of developers to ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business needs and adhere to best practices.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of software developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software solutions using Azure Cloud and Microsoft technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, architecture, and timelines.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business needs and adhere to best practices.
  • Stay hands-on with coding, code reviews, and troubleshooting to ensure technical excellence.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline development processes.
  • Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices within the team.
  • Monitor and optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the team and projects ahead of the curve.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services and the Microsoft technology stack (e.g., .NET, C#, SQL Server).
  • Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
  • Proficiency in modern development practices, including Agile and DevOps.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
  • Knowledge of other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.
  • Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer) are highly desirable.
