Join our Quant Strat Platform team within Commodities and Global Markets to engineer scalable solutions for our global trading desks.
What role will you play?
In this role, you will be leading collaborations with traders, our global Quant Strat team, Technology teams, and other stakeholders along with delivering solutions in large-scale data engineering, machine learning, and algorithmic trading. Your advanced technical expertise and systematic approach will drive revenue opportunities while enhancing our quantitative platform. Our team applies specialist methods from mathematics, science, and engineering to generate revenue. Alongside the team, you will focus on data, models, and algorithms for derivative valuation, risk management, automated trading, and data-driven decision-making.
What you offer
- 5+ years of experience in a related role with hands-on coding in Python, C++, Java, Scala, or other major languages
- Strong technical leadership credentials, including a systematic mindset and a proven track record of designing elegant, scalable, and pragmatic solutions with immediate impact
- Ability to work independently with exceptional proficiency, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions from evolving high-level requirements
- Advanced skills in a relevant discipline (e.g., engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, etc.)
- Experience with key cloud and data/ML technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, data lakes, and data pipeline orchestrators is advantageous.
