CornerStone TTS is seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer for full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and document electrical systems using CAD software.
• Select and evaluate test measurement hardware.
• Analyze signal integrity and design conditioning systems.
• Support production and ensure parts/systems meet quality standards.
• Manage project deliverables within time and budget constraints.
• Assist in job proposals by estimating materials and labor.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for tools and processes.
• Manage hardware configurations using revision control systems.
• Mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in electrical test systems design.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field; focus on test and measurement systems preferred.
• Proficiency with electrical CAD tools (e.g., Altium, AutoCAD, Solidworks Electrical).
• Experience with RF measurement, industrial controls, and simulation software (e.g., Simulink, Matlab) is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a resourceful approach.
• Experience with LabVIEW, TestStand, C/C++, and Python is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be eligible for export-controlled work (U.S. citizen or permanent resident).
• Experience with DOD, government, and aerospace contracts is advantageous.
