Product Engineer

LHH has partnered with a long time client in search of a Product Engineer II. This is a fully onsite role with an amazing team of passionate engineers. This person will have advanced attention to detail as well as advanced technical skills. Someone with a strong passion for engineering is desired.

What you will do:

• Work to achieve customer, project, budget, and product requirements. As well as open communication to the customer and those involved in the project.
• Ensure product lines are working at top design efficiency and operational excellence.
• Full scope of design work from testing to validating the designs.
• Engage directly with our customers globally in a professional manner.
• Implement and enforce drawing standards, modeling best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Execute strategic goals for the company.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Technicians, Mechanics, and Sales personnel to ensure that drawings, manuals, and manufacturing instructions meet the highest quality standards

What you need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Experience working with SolidWorks or Inventor.
• Bring experience from a similar industry including automotive, aerospace or industrial manufacturing, and / or other highly regulated industry.
• Experience communicating with various teams regarding engineering projects/product/goals.
• High attention to detail.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
