Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our team and provide technical support and customer service for Aria Filtra products and processes in the Mountain and Western Time Zones. This role involves 80-90% travel within the region, primarily Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Commissioning service and contracted services
• Troubleshoot and implement corrective actions
• Support customers from startup through to the purchase of their next Trojan system
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of Field Service experience
• Familiarity with electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical principles
• Ability to travel 80-90% of the time
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
