Our client, a leading provider of wireless technology solutions, is seeking a highly motivated RF Systems Engineer to join their dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a deep interest in wireless technology and a proven track record in project management. This role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful completion of projects across the entire sales process, from prospecting and quoting to production and order fulfillment.

Focus:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming technical and sales inquiries via calls, emails, and website inquiries; document and classify these inquiries in .
- Treat each inquiry as a project, documenting requirements in , providing technical guidance, and coordinating internal resources for rapid customer feedback.
- Create quotes in Salesforce/ after product training, ensuring timely feedback to sales representatives and business partners.
- Process orders, cross-checking all purchase order details with quotations, customer classifications, and engineering specifications.
- Prepare production folders to enable timely production with no more than a one-week lead time.
- Maintain electronic document files and databases to provide up-to-date information and historical reference.
- Utilize the requisition module in the inventory system to reorder goods and liaise with vendors based on demand.
- Assist engineering and production teams with specification updates and creation for DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems) and Military projects.
- Support the fulfillment process by creating shipping labels and sending them to customers.
- Participate in forecasting inventory and production capacity needs and provide data and input for marketing campaigns and maintain Salesforce data integrity.
Skill Set:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Sales, Project Management, Business Administration, or similar field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative, sales, project management, and/or engineering support roles.
- High proficiency with MS Office applications, , and Google Docs.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a positive, friendly telephone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including advanced skills such as lookups, pivot tables, graphs, tables, and embedding in .pptx.
- Experience with Access preferred but not required.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows, customer visits, and territory roadshows.
- Professionalism, punctuality, and a strong team player mentality.
