Salesforce Configuration Engineer

Consultant required for the below mentioned requirement

Position: Salesforce Configuration Engineer

Location: Wilmington, DE

Contract Duration: 1 year

Experience Required: 5+ years experience with Financial Services clients

Minimum Certification: Salesforce Advanced Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define, design, construct, integrate, test, and support reliable and reusable software solutions addressing business opportunities.
2. Perform systems analysis, create specifications, coding, testing, and implementation of application programs and data interfaces.
3. Ensure overall application design is consistent with industry best practices including scalability, availability, maintainability, and flexibility.
4. Coordinate others' work while involved with multiple work streams.
5. Influence multiple levels on highly technical issues and challenges.
6. Demonstrate experience to influence and coordinate third parties and suppliers.

Additional Qualifications:

1. 3-5 years prior application development experience.
2. Capital One Experience Desired.
3. Demonstrated experience with large scale application integration efforts.
4. Participation in more than 5 Agile projects.
5. Ability to communicate strategies and processes around data modeling and architecture to cross-functional groups and senior levels.
